Is Nuclear Energy viable in colorado?

Nuclear Energy is not violable in Colorado. For nuclear power plants to stay cool, they need water. Colorado is in the middle of the US and therefore it doesn't have much water access. If we put a nuclear power plant in Colorado we would cause great amounts of destruction. In Colorado, the nuclear power plant would quickly overheat and explode. This would send many radio waves and harm to people.
